In honor of my grandmother’s birthday this year, my family and I headed out to my aunt and uncle’s new home to celebrate! We had some awesome food and funny company…it never fails…and just had a blast.
For the cake, I made one of my grandma’s favorites…my Carrott Cake.
The cake was traditionally decorated, and topped with Gum Paste Calla Lillies for a ‘lil extra decorative touch.
The cake, as mentioned before, was my Signature Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting with a border of finely chopped Walnuts.
